We have our home since Mar 2023 and I can say that Community Sale manager, Ms. Jennifer Sheers was just amazing every step of the way. From the very start of the home buying process to the follow on sustainment process with issues that will always occur with a new home. Always responsive, no matter what the housing problem and always provided positive results. I couldn't have asked for a better Community Sales Manager.

PLEASE BUILD YOUR HOME WITH SOMEONE ELSE We used Valor to build our home in 2021. They promised it would be completed by Dec 2020, then January 2021, then they said March 2021...I was due with our first baby in March, so I told them that was unacceptable. They quickly got the job done, but then the first 6 months of my child life was construction guys in and out of our home. Fast forward to 3 years later, we had to have ALL of our floors replaced. The LVP was starting to lift/crack/chip etc. When the new floors were installed we understood why. They failed to put a pad down so we were walking on straight concrete. My babies were falling and hitting their head on straight concrete. I contacted Valor about the problem and the only response I received from them was "our warranty department will reach out to you." It has been 3 months and NO ONE has reached out. Literally the worst company. I'll be leaving a review on the better buisness bureau as well. So save yourself some money and build with someone else.

During our first pre-close walkthrough of our new home at Anslee Farms in Huntsville, Sherry Buie was extremely diligent and careful to note every detail needing a correction to ensure our new house was as close to perfect as possible. The final walkthrough saw all of those problems solved. Sherry’s attention to detail and genuine concern for us made all of the difference during the close. Also, Steve Nichols excellent service during the buying process made the sale possible. He hooked us up with an great lender, kept close communication with the builder and was with us all the way.
